Lydie Trautmann, EngD, PhD

Dr. Lydie Trautmann is Associate Professor at the Vaccine and Gene Therapy Institute, Oregon Health and Science University. She received her Engineer degree in Biotechnology in 1998 and her PhD in Immunology in 2003. After her postdoctoral training at University of Montreal, she was appointed Assistant then Associate Member at the Vaccine and Gene Therapy Institute of Florida. Dr. Trautmann moved to the U.S. Military HIV Research Program in 2015 as Chief of the Cellular Immunology Section and joined the Vaccine and Gene Therapy Institute in 2019 where she works on enhancing immune therapies and vaccines against HIV.
