F. Michael Cutrer, MD
F. Michael Cutrer, MD is a Consultant and Professor in Neurology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
Dr. Cutrer is Professor of Neurology and Enterprise Headache Division Chair at the Mayo Clinic in since 2015. After his Neurology residency at UCLA, he completed a research and clinical fellowship at the Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School in Boston. He was then appointed as director of the Headache Unit at Massachusetts General Hospital. He has received numerous awards for his work in headache including The Harold Wolff Award from the AHS. His current research interests include neural mechanisms of migraine aura, migraine genomics and the application of machine learning in the personalization of migraine treatment.
